Goat Clicker

Hatch a goat man egg, that's pretty much it. Ok there's more to it but that's pretty much the final goal. Buying upgrades is as much of a hassle as clicking the egg is, so no buy [x] amount of upgrades or anything. This was done on purpose to avoid making the game feel like "Nice i can buy this upgrade and just go afk for 4 hours." Well at some point it gets like that but it takes a bit.

It's pretty much a traditional clicker only you can't play forever (well you can but it's not intended) and it was made in 4ish days. In the game you'll see two main buttons that are used to play the game:

- The Goat Terminal (bottom left corner)

- The Shop (top left)

Additionally there's a menu button where you can save the game and quit (top right) and a button that mutes the music (bottom right.)

You can click on the flying goats in the background to "pop" them (it's really just snatching them but I'd like to think they're popped like balloons) and  they show up in the goat terminal. The goat terminal allows you to sell the goats you've collected simply by holding on the button that has the name of the goat you'd like to sell. The goats can automatically be popped by purchasing the auto pop upgrade in the shop. Speaking of the shop...

The shop is, a shop. Here you can buy upgrades as would be expected as well as the secondary currency,  shapes. shapes are used to buy some more powerful things and are absolutely crucial to finishing the game. the shapes are used to buy some of the upgrades you need to progress.  This includes the final upgrade, which is hatching the egg.

Now to wrap things up.

This game is meant to be a short experience and should probably only take you 2 hours at most. It's a quick thing I whipped up and the first game I've ever made so that's a thing.

((IMPORTANT NOTE: I PROBABLY WON'T BE UPDATING THIS GAME FOR A WHILE UNLESS THERE'S A HUGE GAME-BREAKING BUG. I'd like to move on to other projects. Also, the game will not progress while it is closed.))
